About Me

Hi, I’m Jessica Tabbara

I graduated from Bastyr University in 2004 with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.  I have a lifelong interest in nutrition, because food is essential to health, and health is essential to life.  Other indispensable parts of life seem to be breath (biofeedback) and vitality (hormones).  And there you have it.  This practice is born out of a quest to help care for people, allow them to live their best lives, with the simplest and most regenerative methods possible.

I have two beautiful and fun daughters who I’m happy I get to spend a bit of time with, 5 chickens who occasionally decide to lay eggs, and a 3-legged Maine Coon who makes sure the couches don’t move.

My greatest hope is that I have something essential to offer people in their own quests for ease and fulfillment.
